Why Hollywood Isn't Backing Fred Thompson

The LA Times examines the (so far) lack of support for Fred Thompson in Hollywood.

I'd rather see Thompson or Romney get the Republican nomination than Rudy. For that reason, I'm not going to bash Thompson.

The thought of listening to Rudy from February to November of 2008 while he's on the campaign trail, should he get the nomination, is just about unbearable.

line at the movies what they thought of an actor as President. They sd. they didn't care, and most hadn't heard of Thompson or Law and Order.

His speaking style makes my skin crawl, if that's what you were talking about.

yes, Rudy's is even worse. That said, Hillary's no mellifluous crooner either.

Isn't even an very good actor. As President, I'd expect pretty much the same shallow intellect and laziness W has show, but maybe swome slighty more convincing speeches.

Maybe Dick Wolf could write up a few.
