    SEIU, the new ACORN.  It's funny to watch the Pavlovian reaction when someone anoints a new leftwing bogeyman of the week.

    is not universally popular on the left.  They started selling ad space based on diary tags and some people started refusing to put "health" in their tags to keep the SEIU's clickable banner ads from showing up in their diaries.  It gives the appearance that the diarist agrees with or supports SEIU even though the ad does say "advertisement" in fine print.
