I'm on a short break from court, but I just saw that a Peruvian court of appeals has ordered Lori Berenson back to prison. I'll check the details later but my initial reaction is how awful and wrong-headed.

    for a state parolee to have parole revoked for failure to keep parole officer apprised of parolee's current address.

    She said she personally perpetrated no violence herself... nevertheless, thousands died. There are a lot of scars from this.
